　　根据2005年6月21日在越南河内签署的《中越政府间科技合作联委会第六次会议议定书》，经中越两国科技部协商,中越政府间科技合作联委会第七次会议将于2007年底在中国举行。会议将回顾联委会第六次会议合作项目的执行情况,讨论并确定2007－2009年度中越政府间科技合作短期交流项目和长期合作研究开发项目。

　　请你单位结合实际工作情况，根据《中越政府间科技合作联委会第七次会议项目申报指南》（附后），认真组织项目申报工作，并请于2007年10月1日前正式函报我司。

　　联委会第七次会议结束后，我司将以发文的形式将双方签署的《中越政府间科技合作联委会第七次会议议定书》及确定的合作项目正式通知各有关单位。

　　5、 填写申请表时，请注意内外有别，不宜对外的内容，应只在中文申请表中填写。中英文项目申请表不可简单互译，否则，将视为无效申请。

　　6、 科技部国际合作司汇总项目后，将组织对项目建议进行评估，根据我国开展国际科技合作总体战略和思路，结合项目具体情况，提交越方协商研究，最后报中越科技合作联委会第七次会议批准通过。
